If you’re a Rubicon Business-PRO customer the Rubicon Support App is on your computer now and you can use it straight away, saving you time and helping you to keep track of your support requests.
Request support from our Service Desk using simple predefined service request types, helping us understand the problem sooner and help you better.
Create and track tickets, add additional information, such as notes or attachments, and close tickets all in one convenient place.
Keep track of support progress with desktop and in-app notifications when your ticket has been modified or updated – reducing the amount of email that arrives in your inbox.
